Shipping, Orders, and Return Policy

These terms of use constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and VESCANYCOUTURE.COM (“VCNY,” “we,” or “our”) which contains the terms for purchases made by you (the person placing the order “you”) through the website vescanycouture.com (the “Site”).

At Vescany, we strive to provide an exceptional experience from the moment you explore our products, through the shipment of your purchases, and long-term customer service. Below is our shipping and returns policy designed to ensure your experience is as smooth and satisfactory as possible.

1. Orders and Shipping Processing

  • Photographs and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for illustrative purposes only, and customers have the option to obtain additional information by contacting Vescany’s Customer Service by phone.
    Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
    Your order will be shipped to the specified Mexican delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
    Vescany reserves the right to reject any order that is made fraudulently. Additionally, Vescany has the right to reject any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
    In the event of prolonged inactivity during the connection, it is possible that the selected items previously chosen during that inactivity may no longer be guaranteed. Before finalizing your order, you will have the option to verify your order in detail and its total price, and correct any errors before confirming it to indicate your acceptance. Once the customer has validated the order, Vescany will immediately confirm receipt via email. However, the sale will not be considered final until Vescany has sent the order confirmation to the customer, specifying the dispatch of the items.

2. Payment Methods

  • Once you place an order through the Site, we will provide you with (i) this Agreement, (ii) the Privacy Policy, (iii) the summary of selected products, and the total amount of your order for your review and consent before processing the payment.
    Payment will be processed via the Site (unless otherwise stated herein), where you can pay for your purchase using a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express debit or credit card, or PayPal.
    You declare and guarantee that you are the holder of the corresponding card. If your card is declined by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped, and Vescany will have no obligation to fulfill your order. The receipt of your order will be confirmed by an automatic email to the email address associated with your account.

3. Shipping Options and Tracking

  • Shipping fees will be provided with the total cost of your purchase before completing the sale. If you disagree with the shipping fees, you may reject the sale.
    Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.
    Shipping times may vary depending on whether it was a direct purchase or if you paid for a custom manufacturing request. The manufacturing time for the latter will range from 1 month to 6 months. If another delivery date is indicated at the time of placing the order, it will be due to collections or exceptional reasons.
    Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information.
    Domestic orders within Mexico will take approximately 10 to 25 business days. For international orders, we do not have an estimated delivery time due to customs and other factors, after order confirmation.

4. Geographic Scope

  • We currently ship to the United States, Europe, Mexico, and Canada.

5. Exchanges and Returns

  • All products (except personalized items, high-end watches, and fine jewelry) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund through our online store at vescanycouture.com within 15 days of your original purchase, provided the original receipt or invoice is presented, excluding personalized or made-to-order items, engraved products, pre-order products, high-end watches, and fine jewelry.
    Purchases made with PayPal can only be exchanged or returned for a full refund at our online store at vescanycouture.com within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date, and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
    Refunds can only be made in the same currency and country/region as the original purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition. Purchases with engraved or personalized boxes cannot be exchanged or refunded. For returns, the entire product must be returned, including packaging, instruction booklet (with warranty certificate on the last page), product certificates (if applicable, such as COSC and GIA), and the invoice.
    Exports: Customers planning to export items are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding such exports.

6. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email at support@vescanycouture.com. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not the item you ordered.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
    If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days set by the involved banks.
