This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Mexico.
You agree that all disputes or claims between you and Vescany arising from or relating to this Agreement may first be submitted to conciliation before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor), at your choice, within the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
If it is not possible to resolve the dispute through conciliation (if applicable), the parties agree expressly and irrevocably to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the local or federal courts within the state of Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply due to their current or future domicile or any other cause.
The failure of you or us to exercise any right, power, or remedy under this document or the delay in doing so will not constitute a waiver of such rights, powers, or remedies, and all waivers must be made in writing. The sole or partial exercise of a right, power, or remedy will not prevent its subsequent exercise or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy.
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and will be bound by its terms and conditions. Furthermore, you acknowledge that this agreement represents the complete and exclusive agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior proposals or agreements, oral or written, and any other communication between us related to the subject matter of this agreement.
